For our customization capabilities, since stainless steel marine part have very high requirements for the size and accuracy of products, our process can be customized to customers and completely copied products.
First make a wax mold consistent with the size and shape of the product, and then coat the surface of the wax mold with layer after layer of refractory material, dry to get a shell mold with sufficient strength, and then melt the wax and drain it, pour the molten steel into it, and wait for it to cool down, you can get the same steel products as the wax mold. Compared with ordinary machining, precision casting can minimize the processing amount and have a high degree of detail presentation. In the case of some parts with extremely complex shapes, the precision casting process is often the only way to manufacture.
Precision casting process due to complex processes, and the shell needs to be fully air-dried, so the production cycle is relatively long. Generally speaking, from the time we receive the customer's order, for the work piece with an uncomplicated shape, it takes about 10-15 days to make the mold, proofing takes about 30 days, and mass production takes about 30-50 days (according to the specific order demand).
